With expertise in treating workplace stress and burnout, interpersonal challenges, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and range of other stress- and trauma-related psychological concerns, Allison is dedicated to helping clients regain balance and improve overall well-being.
She integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. Her practice incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and mindfulness techniques to foster long-term mental health and wellbeing. She also offers comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments and profiling, helping individuals understand their unique cognitive and behavioural strengths and challenges.
