With a background in both business and clinical psychology, Chelsea works with adults (25+) who are motivated to make meaningful change in their lives. Many of her clients come seeking to change how they feel or how they live – whether that’s addressing longstanding emotional patterns, unhelpful behaviours, trouble in relationships, or experiencing a life that looks “on track” from the outside but doesn’t feel that way inside. Some of her clients seek to heal from past experiences. Others want to shift the way they respond to stress, work pressure, or address barriers to reaching their potential.
Chelsea’s aim is to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal from their past and build or re-engage with a life they value.
Chelsea takes a strongly personalised approach to therapy. She draws on Emotion Focussed Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and Coaching Psychology to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. She also offers CBT-Extended (CBT-E) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) for individuals dealing with eating disorders and eating-related concerns.
Chelsea can assist with a range of concerns, including:
Please note – Chelsea is focussed on supporting her clients to achieve their goals in therapy and life. With this in mind, she offers weekly or fortnightly treatment and does not offer ad-hoc or monthly sessions. Please consider whether this approach is a good fit for you before booking.
Past clients who feel they need a ‘top up’ rather than full treatment are welcome to book for a short treatment program or a one-off appointment.
