Consults Burwood: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Molly has worked in both private practice and community health settings. She supports adults (18+) navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, stress, and the difficulties that can arise during life transition.

Molly takes a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative approach to her work. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrating them in a practical and flexible way to support clients in gaining insight and moving toward what matters to them most.

Molly believes that meaningful change begins with understanding, not just of current challenges, but of the patterns and experiences that sit beneath them. She works with curiosity and care, creating a space where clients feel supported to explore their values, reflect on their story, and make decisions that align with who they want to be. Whether someone is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps, Molly works alongside them to build clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction.

Molly works with clients presenting with a range of concerns including:

  • Anxiety, depression and mood disorders
  • Low self-esteem and confidence difficulties
  • Resilience and coping
  • Stress and adjustment issues
  • Lifestyle change
  • Motivational difficulties
  • Relationship difficulties (not couples therapy)
